As you can probably imagine, we get swamped with questions regarding the stages we offer for hire. We have combined some of our most popular questions, which you might be wanting to ask already, regarding hiring our stage(s). Q: Can the stages be built on all grounds and do they need additional weights?
A: We do offer different stages which all have different benefits, so we can offer at least 1 stage to suit your ground. Some of our structures require additional weight however we will let you know in advance if we require a high-pressure water feed to fill up our water tanks. If there is no/limited water supply then we can offer other solutions.
Q: Does the ground have to be level?
A: The ground does not need to be level, however, please let us know in advance. However, normally we would arrange a site visit to ensure our vehicles can also get on site.
Q: Are discounts available?
A: Discounts are available if you book 3 or more events with us in the same year, or hire a complete package from us which may include: PA, Lighting, and Power Distribution. Please see our AV Hire website here!
Q: Can stages be delivered across the UK?
A: Yes, all of our stages can be delivered across the whole of the UK.
Q: How long can you hire a stage for?
A: All of our stages are available for hire for as long as desired. Please note, that these are temporary stages so we may need to perform maintenance checks every 2 weeks to ensure the structure is still safe.
Q: Do I have to pay a deposit?
A: Yes, you do have to pay a deposit when you confirm your booking, this deposit is non-refundable.
Q: Do you dry hire stages?
A: No, all our stages require our crew to come and set the structures up and maintain them. We can supply minimal crew if you do have a crew that is happy to assist in setting up the stage to help fit your budget.
